Employee Health Consulting Details:

Investing in your employees health should be every company's #1 job!

Unfortunately, because most companies have long overlooked investing in their employees well-being as being correlated with the health of their business, 83% of US workers now suffer from work-related stress and burnout (which is probably an underreported figure). That workplace stress costs the U.S. businesses more than $300 billion annually due to absenteeism, decreased productivity, and accidents. However, for every $1 spent on related health concerns, employers see a $4 return in productivity gains. Not to mention the improvements in healthcare premiums and lowering the cost of searching for and training new employees due to employees leaving unhealthy environments.

Think about it, most businesses would never let any equipment or capital be wasted or be neglected like they do their people, because if it broke down or stopped working they'd be afraid what it would do to their bottom line and/or to production. But what about their employees? Their human capital. What happens when they get worn out and broke down? Do they not also affect a company’s bottom line when they’re not performing at their best, or when they are too broke down to even show up to work? So, what is your business doing to prevent that from happening? What are you doing to ensure your employees are not only not being neglected, but are being given the proper environment to be performing at their very best?

These are the questions I’m here to answer for you, so you know how to optimize your employees health now and in the future to ensure your business’ health for the long term. And so you aren’t occurring the hidden costs of not doing so.

So, if you’d like to improve your business’ function and bottom line as well as your employee’s lives, feel free to reach out!
